We are happy to talk to you about options if an item is lost during normal wear. Simply email us! We highly encourage the use of the included ear backs because our jewelry is so light.

Returns will be accepted for online credit or exchange only, no refunds. All requests for returns or exchanges must be communicated to faithandrhia@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt and must be approved by Faith and Rhia. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us but will not be charged to receive the newly exchanged item. Merchandise must be returned unworn and undamaged.
